Hey, Full Belly Farm! Thanks for making our jobs so easy! Your white and red pomegranates are super juicy and seriously packed with flavor!
We are using both varieties at the restaurant and we’re really excited about the different characteristics of each. The white pomegranates are sweeter and lower in acidity than the reds- but both are remarkably clean and astringent on the palate. And the colors? Gorgeous.

We are making white and red pom nitro shots with the juice- nothing added to preserve the natural flavor of the fruit. Why mess with perfection?
